Station connection log file

This file is produced by the BHL data collector software, and records the time of the first communication received from each CDPD modem after the software is first started. This software typically runs continuously, so first starts occur only when the software or machine is brought on line after an upgrade, maintenance operation, crash, or power failure. If one or more stations are off-line at the time of the software initialization, and those stations later begin sending data to the collector, the "Adding" time for those stations may be significantly later than the software initialization time.
